Education is undoubtedly the most effective tool for social transformation. It is not merely an intellectual activity but has become an agency for overall growth, be it economic development or cultural revitalization. If in pre- modern times it was the speaking faculty which distinguished man from other animals, for modern man it includes the skill of reading and writing. For imparting proper Education we do not only need reading and writing aids that is books, pens or writing boards which we can arrange at home also, but also need to create such an educational environment that provides proper schooling in almost every walk of life. It has not to be simply a center for human development,  but skilled human development. Small wonder; the   Educational system has grown so complex that it is almost impossible to impart Education at individual and unorganized level. It has to be an organized effort in an institutionalized form.  That is our endeavor. Since our Educational system has been introduced and developed under alien rule, its ethos is not fully compatible with our cherished upbringing. As such it is our endeavor to have an institution which on the one hand carries forward the well established experience of Formal Education and simultaneously laces it with proper cultural ethos so as to produce psychologically harmonious, socially cohesive, morally upright, economically useful individual.
